Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting at-risk populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy decisions
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises

- Conduct health education workshops and outreach campaigns
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Evaluate program effectiveness and prepare detailed impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Virginia Public Health Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R)
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills for community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
