Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Proficiency in epidemiological data analysis software (e.g., SAS, R)
- Valid Louisiana Public Health Certification
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and reporting
- Strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during emergency response situations
