Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and resource allocation needs
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies for coordinated response
- Conduct community outreach and education on health equity initiatives
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Monitor compliance with local and state public health regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS or R
- Valid California driver's license
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
