Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent
- Proficiency in SPSS/R for data analysis
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Knowledge of HIPAA and CDC guidelines
