- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, or SPSS)
- Federal security clearance eligibility
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with policy development experience
