Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and disease surveillance reports
- Coordinate emergency preparedness response initiatives with local partners
- Analyze public health data to identify trends and recommend intervention strategies
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Train healthcare providers on public health protocols and best practices
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate health metrics to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health or healthcare administration
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Tableau)
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting requirements
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for community events
