Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and recommend policy solutions
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response initiatives for public health crises
- Lead community health education workshops and outreach events
- Collaborate with academic institutions on research grants and public health studies
- Manage program budgets and report on key performance indicators to leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Experience with Chicago's diverse communities and health disparities
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
