Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data trends
- Coordinate community health initiatives with local organizations and stakeholders
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Provide health education and outreach to underserved communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on emergency preparedness and response
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Python
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred
- Experience working with diverse communities and cultural competency
- Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive data handling
