Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and social service agencies to address health disparities
- Prepare comprehensive public health reports for government stakeholders
- Manage grant-funded projects related to health education and outreach
- Respond to public health inquiries and provide expert guidance
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with community engagement strategies
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive health data access
