Responsibilities
- Lead COVID-19 response operations including testing site management and contact tracing
- Develop evidence-based health education campaigns for underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Coordinate inter-agency partnerships for resource allocation during health crises
- Manage vaccine distribution logistics and public outreach programs
- Prepare emergency response protocols and conduct disaster simulations
- Submit monthly reports to the Florida Department of Health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health emergency response
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Proficient in SPSS/R for statistical analysis of health data
- Demonstrated experience with community health outreach programs
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
