Responsibilities
- Design and implement public health education campaigns targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and prioritize interventions
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to develop culturally responsive health programs
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct field investigations during public health emergencies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city council and state health agencies
- Mentor junior staff through evidence-based practice frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years experience in community health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of HIPAA and Wisconsin public health statutes
