Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends
- Liaise between healthcare providers and underserved communities
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and budget allocations
- Conduct compliance audits for health program effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive reports for municipal stakeholders and CDC
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public sector healthcare experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible
- Advanced proficiency in health data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance (HIPAA, OSHA)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of Nashville's diverse community demographics
