Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health assessments to identify priority health needs
- Design and execute targeted public health campaigns on chronic disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations on outreach initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform public health interventions
- Manage grant-funded programs and prepare compliance reports
- Provide health education workshops and training sessions
- Monitor public health legislation and recommend policy adjustments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Experience with community coalition building
- Grant writing and budget management skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
