Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions for Sedgwick County
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Collaborate with community organizations on health education initiatives
- Manage grant-funded health programs and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Conduct health assessments and prepare actionable reports for policymakers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with emergency response coordination
- Valid Kansas driver's license
