Responsibilities

- Conduct tabletop exercises and real-time emergency drills
- Analyze health data to predict outbreak patterns
- Train 500+ frontline healthcare workers annually
- Represent Indiana at national public health forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Emergency Management
- 5+ years crisis response experience in government sector
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) credential required
- Expertise in HSEEP and NIMS frameworks
- Advanced data analysis using SAS/SPSS/R
- Experience managing budgets over $1M
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to work 24/7 during declared emergencies
