Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations on wellness initiatives
- Conduct public health education workshops and resource distribution
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Ensure compliance with federal and state health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish required
- Valid Florida driver's license
