Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and outbreak risks
- Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives with local partners
- Manage grant-funded health intervention projects
- Conduct field inspections for public health compliance
- Develop health policy recommendations for county leadership
- Train community health workers on best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Florida Public Health Practitioner license
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for data analysis
- Certification in Health Education (CHES) preferred
- Experience with grant management (SAM.gov)
- Fluency in English/Spanish bilingual skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
