Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health assessment programs to identify emerging health trends
- Develop data-driven public health interventions targeting vulnerable populations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations on health education initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations
- Manage grant-funded health promotion projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead crisis response coordination during public health emergencies
- Present findings to county officials and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in epidemiological data analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Experience developing health equity initiatives for underserved communities
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
