Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health intervention programs
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Coordinate community vaccination campaigns and health screenings
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Analyze health data trends and prepare comprehensive reports
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide public health education to diverse populations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and local health ordinances
- Excellent written/verbal communication and bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)
