Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health intervention strategies
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Coordinate community health education programs and outreach initiatives
- Analyze health data to identify trends and recommend policy changes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Valid California Public Health Nurse license (if applicable)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience with community health assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated grant writing and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
