Responsibilities
- Lead COVID-19 and emerging disease surveillance protocols
- Develop community vaccination campaigns and health education materials
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform public health interventions
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage grant-funded health programs and compliance reporting
- Conduct health risk assessments for vulnerable populations
- Prepare public health emergency response plans
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- 3+ years of epidemiology or public health experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R)
- Experience with health program grant management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours during emergencies
