Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives with community partners and healthcare providers
- Design health education materials and conduct outreach campaigns for diverse communities
- Monitor compliance with state/federal health regulations and recommend policy improvements
- Lead grant writing and reporting for public health funding opportunities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address social determinants of health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R or similar tools
- Experience developing community health outreach strategies
- Certification in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Knowledge of California Title 22 regulations and CMS requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Valid California driver's license
