Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health or healthcare experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with emergency response protocols and grant management
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends/evenings
