Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on vaccination campaigns
- Analyze public health data to identify trends and inform policy
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and reporting
- Lead emergency preparedness response coordination
- Train community health workers and volunteers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible
- Strong data analysis and statistical reporting skills
- Experience with grant writing and compliance
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
