Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote health education and access to services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and government agencies
- Manage program budgets and report outcomes to county leadership
- Train public health staff and community volunteers on best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
