Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health outreach programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and recommend interventions

- Prepare comprehensive reports for county stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Lead emergency response protocols during public health crises

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid California Public Health Certification (CPH) or eligibility
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with bilingual ability (Spanish/English preferred)
- Knowledge of California Health and Safety Code regulations
