Responsibilities
- Lead epidemiological investigations and disease surveillance for El Paso County
- Develop evidence-based public health interventions targeting underserved populations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in local government public health programs
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory for El Paso County)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Expertise in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS) for health data interpretation
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during emergencies
