Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Memphis communities
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data to identify emerging threats
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to coordinate emergency response protocols
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote vaccination and preventive care

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance reporting
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee public health regulations and Title X requirements
