Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based health education campaigns targeting at-risk populations
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and disease surveillance for public health threats
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses including vaccination clinics and disaster relief
- Analyze health data to identify trends and inform policy recommendations
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
- Manage grant-funded public health programs ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide technical assistance to local healthcare providers on public health protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Experience with epidemiological data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Excellent communication abilities for diverse community engagement
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
