Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify community health trends and priorities
- Partner with healthcare providers, schools, and community leaders for outreach initiatives
- Develop educational materials and lead health promotion workshops
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare compliance reports for grant funding
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong grant writing and budget management experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
