Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions targeting chronic disease prevention
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses for public health threats
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify community health trends and disparities
- Lead community outreach initiatives for underserved populations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on vaccination and screening programs
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Train public health staff on compliance with federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Proficiency in epidemiological data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and budget management
- Experience working with diverse communities and health equity initiatives
- Knowledge of CO state public health regulations and CMS compliance
- Valid Colorado driver's license
