Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health promotion
- Conduct community health needs assessments and data analysis to identify priority populations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to deliver health education initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state public health regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and health metrics for leadership review
- Lead emergency response planning for public health crises and disease outbreaks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state reporting requirements
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification strongly preferred
