Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform intervention strategies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community leaders on health promotion campaigns
- Conduct health assessments and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Manage grant-funded public health projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead emergency response planning for public health crises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
