Responsibilities
- Design and execute evidence-based public health campaigns targeting critical community needs
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform program development
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to coordinate outreach efforts
- Conduct health education workshops and presentations for diverse audiences
- Prepare comprehensive reports and grant proposals to secure program funding
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and community feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS, R, or similar tools
- Experience developing community health partnerships and outreach strategies
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
