Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based health education campaigns for diverse populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging public health threats
- Collaborate with community organizations to develop accessible health services
- Manage grant-funded projects focused on maternal/child health initiatives
- Conduct field investigations for disease outbreaks and environmental hazards
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county commissioners and state health agencies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or non-profit health programs
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with health equity frameworks and community engagement
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel county-wide
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of California Title 22 regulations and CDC guidelines
