Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health education

- Coordinate community outreach initiatives and partnerships with local organizations
- Conduct health assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Provide technical guidance to healthcare providers and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Arizona Public Health Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of CDC guidelines and Arizona public health regulations
