Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform intervention strategies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations to deliver accessible services
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with county regulations
- Lead crisis response efforts during public health emergencies
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to build community partnerships
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and health metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with diverse communities and underserved populations
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health compliance standards
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation highly desirable
