Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Collect, analyze, and report epidemiological data for public health interventions
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations on health initiatives
- Develop grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Conduct health outreach events and vaccination campaigns
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and reporting requirements
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership and state health agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health confidentiality laws
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for outreach
