Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for health crises and disease outbreaks
- Analyze health data to identify trends and recommend policy interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Conduct community outreach and health education initiatives
- Prepare reports for county leadership and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
