Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Collaborate with community organizations and local stakeholders to design outreach initiatives
- Conduct health education workshops and disseminate critical public health information
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Advise county leadership on policy recommendations for population health improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS)
- Experience developing community health interventions
- Knowledge of California public health regulations and frameworks
- Strong written/verbal communication and bilingual skills (Spanish/English preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
