Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health campaigns targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses including pandemic planning
- Develop grant proposals and manage federal/state funding allocations
- Train healthcare providers and community health workers on best practices
- Lead health equity initiatives addressing social determinants of health
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county commissioners and state health officials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Excel
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Valid Ohio driver's license required for field visits
