Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health education
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to implement outreach initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with county and state regulations
- Conduct health assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholder presentations
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses and public health crisis communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience developing health equity initiatives for underserved populations
- Strong grant writing and project management skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
