Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting priority health issues
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify trends and inform intervention strategies
- Coordinate community health initiatives with local healthcare providers and nonprofits
- Develop educational materials and deliver outreach programs to diverse populations
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and impact assessments
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership and funding agencies
- Stay current with public health regulations and emerging health threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
- Experience with community health assessment methodologies
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
