Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and data analysis to identify health trends and prioritize interventions
- Forge strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and non-profit organizations
- Develop educational materials and deliver community health workshops
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Participate in emergency response planning and public health crisis management
- Monitor local health regulations and provide guidance to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS
- Experience developing community health initiatives in diverse populations
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
