Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions for Dallas County
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and outbreak investigations
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers on vaccination campaigns
- Prepare and deliver public health emergency response plans
- Analyze health data to identify community health disparities
- Manage grant-funded health education programs
- Liaise with federal/state health agencies on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Texas Department of State Health Services certification preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with emergency preparedness protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
