Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health education programs targeting underserved populations

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless public health service delivery
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state health initiatives
- Conduct community needs assessments and develop responsive action plans
- Lead crisis response coordination during public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting requirements
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health confidentiality regulations
