Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of food establishments, childcare centers, and public swimming pools

- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare official documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field
- Valid California Environmental Health Specialist Registration
- Minimum 2 years of field inspection experience
- Knowledge of California Health & Safety Code and FDA Food Code
- Strong communication skills for public education and conflict resolution
- Ability to interpret technical regulations and apply them in varied settings
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
