Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health assessment programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform intervention strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop culturally responsive health education materials
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community organizations and local businesses
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and recommend policy improvements
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Present findings to county commissioners and legislative bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with health equity frameworks
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Bilingual Spanish or Somali preferred
