Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Valid Massachusetts Public Health Certification
- Proven success in securing federal/state health grants
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole
- Experience with CDC/EPI-X reporting systems
- Strong understanding of MA DPH regulations
