Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate public health programs focused on chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Collect, analyze, and interpret epidemiological data to identify health trends and priorities
- Develop culturally appropriate educational materials and outreach campaigns for diverse communities
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and government agencies to coordinate health initiatives
- Monitor program performance and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Stay current with public health policies, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS) and GIS software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
